In many cases yes. We assess the installed equipment and integrate it where it meets the required standard, replacing only what limits performance.

Does it support ticketless and ticketed lanes together?

Yes. Plate-based entry is the default, with tickets or QR codes as fallback for visitors.

Who supports the system after go-live?

Our on-ground support team in the Kingdom provides maintenance, operation and SLA-based support.
